There are two functions available throughout the conference. Your registration type dictates if these are included.

Early Bird Registration fees are available until Monday 15 July 2024.

Standard Registration fees are available from Tuesday 16 July 2024 until Friday 20 September 2024.

Paid attendees who find themselves unable to attend the conference after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. In the case of a cancellation, attendees must inform Consec – Conference and Event Management in writing of their inability to attend. A refund of the registration fee, less a cancellation fee of $155 including GST will be made on or before Wednesday 21 August 2024. If registration is cancelled on or before Friday 20 September 2024 50% of item(s) cancelled will be refunded. NO refunds will be made to anything after Friday 20 September 2024.  Any change made to a registration within seven (7) days of the convention will incur a $40 administrative fee.

In registering for this conference, relevant details will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates (name and organisation, state/country only - in accordance with the Australian National Privacy Act) and may be made available to parties directly related to the conference including Consec - Conference and Event Management, AIPM, and venues (for the purposes of meeting options), key partners (subject to strict conditions) and parties associated with related conferences. PCI Compliance - Security of the Cardholders Account Data Consec's online payment system is PCI (payment card industry) version 3 level 1 compliant - this is the highest standard possible.

The conference program and registration information is correct at the time of viewing/printing. However, the organisers reserve the right to change the information where necessary without notice. Attendees are advised that photographs may be taken during the conference and reproduced for promotional purposes.

Delegates will be regarded in every aspect as carrying their own risk for loss or injury to persons or property, including baggage during the conference. We strongly recommend that at the time of booking your travel and tours, you take out a travel insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include the loss of deposit through cancellation, medical insurance, loss or damage to personal property, financial loss incurred through disruptions to accommodation or travel arrangements. Your name badge is your entry to conference sessions and exhibition. If you misplace your name badge, please go to the registration desk and ask for a replacement.
